The corrected rationale is as follows:

Expana assessed its Expana Benchmark Prices for SMP MH EXW EU at €2,045/mt, down €5/mt from the previous assessment. Expana assessed one increment (€5/mt) below the most recent offer reported at €2,050 /mt. No data was excluded from the assessment.
