Julie joins Expana with an extensive track record in the global data and analytics sector. Most recently CEO of IWSR, the beverage-alcohol data and insight provider, she led the company through major product expansion, platform modernization and a successful sale to WGSN in 2025.

Mark joined Expana in February 2023, following a well-established career in high-growth organizations, including the ‘Big Four’ and other FTSE-listed groups. With a passion for solving problems, breaking things down and making them simple, he is passionate about working in businesses that provide high-quality data at scale, globally.

James joined Expana in October 2018, having previously held senior commercial roles at Ascential PLC and Dennis Ltd. James’ expertise and passion is in transforming and igniting commercial teams to sustainable high growth and is responsible for building and leading the entire commercial operation at Expana.

Luana has nearly two decades of experience in the agri-food industry, including roles at major manufacturing companies such as Nestle and AB InBev. During her career, she focused on leading data and intelligence strategies to support industry players in making informed strategic decisions.

Marcel joined Expana in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience in price reporting, analytics, and risk management. At Expana, Marcel leads the proprietary agri-food and industrial coverage, empowering stakeholders across the value chain to make informed business decisions and mitigate risks through best-in-class price benchmarks, news, and analytics.

Joe joined Expana as part of Mintec’s acquisition of Urner Barry. After starting his career at Urner Barry in sales, Joe held several reporting, management, and leadership positions within the organization, before becoming CEO.

Rhianna has over 25 years’ experience in data and market intelligence, most recently holding senior marketing roles at Energy Aspects and Chambers and Partners. She has built and led marketing and events teams from the ground up, supporting business transformation, international expansion and new product growth.

Vinay joined Expana in 2023 as CPO. As a leader of Expana’s Product and Technology team, he leads product strategy and execution, including development of Expana’s user friendly SaaS platform.

Michael Forman joined Expana in March 2024 as the Vice President of Engineering. In his current role as CTO, Michael will join the organization’s Senior Leadership Team, heading up Expana’s technology initiatives and playing a key role in shaping the company’s long-term strategy.
