Shannon Behary is a senior editor within Expana’s Price Reporting Agency and Editorial department. In this role, she covers news affecting commodities in the packaging and industrial categories, including chemicals, plastic, paper, glass, and metals. Before this, she spent nine years writing about the animal nutrition industry for Feedinfo, with a particular focus on specialty feed additives technology. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the School of International and Area Studies at the University of Oklahoma, where she was top of her graduating class. Shannon grew up in the US but has spent most of her professional life in France. Her interests include batucada (Brazilian percussion music), reading, and spending time with her family.
