Expana Update – Changes on the Brazilian Beef Exports to China Market Report: Comment Period Concluded

Expana regularly solicits feedback from stakeholders to ensure that our coverage reflects current trading conditions and practices.  

On November 25, Expana proposed changes to its Brazilian Beef Exports to China market coverage and sought industry feedback on those proposed changes. The comment period has now closed. In keeping with our commitment to provide the most meaningful and transparent market information to stakeholders, Expana intends to the initiate the following enhancements to existing Brazilian Beef Exports to China market coverage:   

This latest enhancement further expands Expana’s initiative to provide market transparency in the Brazilian beef exports market by capturing price movements of the main items traded in the Chinese market.  

 

The methodology document posted at www.expanamarkets.com/our-methodology will be amended to reflect these changes, which is proposed to go into effect on January 8, 2026.
