Expana has launched Vitamins B6 and B9 Expana Benchmark Prices for China, Europe, North America and South America

Expana has launched 10 weekly Expana Benchmark Prices (EBP) for the global vitamin B6 and B9 markets. The initial proposal was announced in a market note published on Friday, June 3, 2025, which can be viewed here. The decision to launch these assessments was communicated in a market note on Monday, June 23, 2025, which can be viewed here.

The China and Europe assessments reflect the transactable value at 16:00:00 London time. The North and South America assessments reflect the transactable value at 16:00:00 Eastern US time.
Vitamins B6 and B9 play key roles in metabolism, immunity, and growth across pet food and livestock diets. Despite their nutritional significance, market transparency remains limited, with few consistent price indicators available. By introducing regular assessments of B6 and B9, we aim to bring greater visibility to these essential additives and support more informed procurement decisions across the feed and pet food sectors
