Skilled writer, editor, interviewer and crime novelist, Simon was born in Stoke-on-Trent (UK) in 1979. He obtained a BA in French with film studies at the University of Warwick (UK) in 2001. He currently lives near Nantes (France), after having spent 20 years in the Toulouse (France) region working for legacy brand Feedinfo where he held position of Editor-in-Chief. In addition to animal nutrition, he oversees Expana’s grains and oilseeds, food ingredients, produce, and industrials news coverage. Simon’s EMEA newsroom team includes Editors Shannon Behary and Thess Mostoles, and Staff Writer Fei Thompson.
