Cornel Boere is the Global Procurement Director Raw Materials & Ingredients of Royal Agrifirm Group. He has, as son of a dairy farmer, his background in agriculture with a Master degree at Wageningen University, the Netherlands. Over the past 10 years, she has built and managed organic value chains across West and East Africa, supporting thousands of smallholder farmers through collaborative, multi-stakeholder projects. Maren is driven by a passion for connecting producers in the Global South with international markets, strengthening organic and agroecological farming systems through close cooperation with farmers, supply chain partners, and development organizations. After a formal education in logistics and purchasing, Tom Bundgaard worked for 13 years in procurement as a Purchasing Manager. This naturally involves all the traditional aspects of purchasing, especially with sourcing in the Far East. This work had a heavy focus on materials, commodities and semi-finished products.

 

From 2000 onward, Tom Bundgaard specialised in commodities from an analytical forecasting standpoint based on technical and fundamental analysis. Three educations have supported this specialisation: An ongoing mentoring education, an MSTA degree from the Society of Technical Analysts in London and a Master of Financial Technical Analysis degree from IFTA in the USA.

 

Tom Bundgaard has been given lectures all over Europe since 2008 in various conferences, both on commodity price forecasts and macro economy, as well as being frequently interviewed on radio and TV.

Brittany Feyh, a Dairy Analyst at Expana, specializing in creating weekly commodity reports that provide information on pricing trends, market intelligence, and current events. Jose Saiz is a dairy market reporter within the Price Reporting department. Jose joined Mintec in 2021. He holds degrees in Law and Politics from the Complutense University of Madrid and got an MBA at Warwick business school with distinction.

Andrew has years of experience in commodity risk management, creating and executing hedging strategies for soft commodities and leading commercial cost price negotiations with some of Europe’s largest CPG companies. In addition to covering the coffee and cocoa markets within Expana, Andrew leads on engagement with finance industry professionals to develop risk management solutions. 

Sandro Schulz is the EMEA Protein Team Lead at Expana, where he oversees the implementation and expansion of the company’s protein market coverage across Europe. In his role, Sandro has been instrumental in strengthening Expana’s presence in the protein sector, driving strategic initiatives that enhance market transparency and insight.

He also holds a Diploma in Technical Analysis from the Society of Technical Analysts and is CFTe i/ii certified by the International Federation of Technical Analysts. Kevin has presented forecasting methodologies at both the Society of Technical Analysts and the International Federation of Technical Analysts. In his leisure time, Kevin is an avid motorcyclist, holding an accreditation from the Institute of Advanced Motorcyclists. He is also planning to ride a motorcycle across the Himalayas in 2025.
