Asia Pacific beef report change notice

Expana regularly solicits feedback from stakeholders to ensure that our coverage reflects current trading conditions and
practices. To improve market transparency and to provide stakeholders with meaningful information, Expana is requesting
feedback on the following proposed changes to its Asia Pacific Beef Report market coverage.

Expana is proposing the following additions:

• 75% CL Boneless Beef, (CIF China, CIF Korea, CIF Japan)
• Chuck Rolls (Grass/Grain Fed), (CIF China, CIF Korea, CIF Japan)
• Beef Tongue (Grass Fed), CIF Japan
• 85% CL Boneless Beef, FAS Australia (AUD/kg)
• 65% CL Boneless Beef, FAS Australia (AUD/kg)
• Knuckles (Cow/Steer), FAS Australia (AUD/kg)

Expana is proposing the following changes:

From: Point Off Brisket Cow/Steer
To: Point End Deckle Off (PEDO) Brisket Cow/Steer
Expana is proposing the following changes to the publishing date:
From: 0800 Queensland time every Friday
To: 0800 Queensland time every Saturday

Stakeholders can provide input on the proposed changes during a comment period, which will take place from
December 2, 2024 to December 16, 2024. Remarks will be published on Expana’s market reporting methodology page at
www.expanamarkets.com/our-methodology will be amended to reflect these changes.
