Expana to Consolidate DCP spot – FOB Southern Brazil EBP and DCP contract – FOB Sao Paulo EBP

Following a period of market feedback, Expana has decided to discontinue its DCP spot – FOB Southern Brazil EBP (24680) and rename its DCP contract – FOB Sao Paulo EBP (24681) to DCP spot – FOB Southern Brazil EBP starting in Q4 of 2026.
The initial proposal was announced in a market note published on Sep 2, 2026, which can be viewed here.
The following assessments are impacted:

Changes in market structure have made separate assessments for different sources of phosphates unnecessary. The geographic reference has been updated from Sao Paulo to Southern Brazil to better reflect pricing across the region.
