Expana changes the monthly assessment schedule for certain Plant-Based Protein EBP

Expana has changed the assessment schedule for some of its US-based Plant-Based Protein Expana Benchmark Prices (EBP) from Monday, March 31st, 2025, onwards.

The initial proposal was announced in a market note published on January 8, 2025, which can be viewed here and the decision note to go ahead with the schedule change was published on February 16, 2025, and can be viewed here.

The changes are as follows:

· The monthly US-based Plant-Based Protein EBP will be assessed on the last business day of every month at 16:00 US Eastern Time.

The schedule change will bring the assessment in line with the region they are assessed in. Full details of our methodology, including the public holidays observed in the Americas, can be found in the Expana Publishing Schedule available here.
